The Immediate Direct Payment (PID) system streamlines administrative tasks by eliminating the need for upfront payments and reimbursement requests. This helps patients manage their dental care with ease and peace of mind.

Benefits of PID:

• No more upfront payments! With Direct Immediate Payment, you no longer need to pay for medical costs upfront. The CNS directly covers the reimbursable portion (88% for medical consultations), so you only need to pay your personal share (12%) along with any additional charges.

  Note: For children and young people under 18, no personal contribution is required, as their care is fully covered.

• No mailing necessary! With DIP, there’s no need to submit reimbursement requests by mail or in person—no advance payments, no hassle.
• No waiting for reimbursement! You receive coverage instantly without any delays for reimbursement processing.
